Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Trenton, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Ewing, Holmdel, Princeton, Red Bank, Keansburg, Matawan and Jamesburg. This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 66 and 76. New Jersey Turnpike near exit 9. Garden State Parkway between mile markers 112 and 120.
