Use this page to request deletion of personal information associated with JerseyTalks accounts, submissions, events, payments, or connected social login data.
How to Request Deletion
Email contact@jerseytalks.com with the subject line JerseyTalks data deletion request.
Include the email address used with JerseyTalks, the type of data you want deleted, and any relevant event, submission, or account details that help us locate the records.
If your request relates to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another connected social account, include the social profile handle or Page/account name connected to JerseyTalks.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal account records, login identifiers, unpublished submissions, event drafts, uploaded media that is not needed for published content, and stored social account connection data where deletion is legally and technically available.
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, payment and tax records, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute handling, moderation history, editorial records, or published public-interest content.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 10 business days and complete valid requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required because of legal, security, or technical reasons.
