ANGELINA PIVARNICK ‘JERSEY SHORE' STAR IS FACING ASSAULT AND RESISTING ARREST CHARGES

Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick faces charges including simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest, following an incident at her Freehold, New Jersey, home on June 2.

Arrested at 11 PM on Sunday, she was not jailed but released on a summons. Her lawyer, James Leonard, described the incident as minor and due to an adverse reaction to medication. She has a court date in late July.
