In Caldwell, a coffee stop can come with an unexpected option: a sauna session and a cold plunge. GroundHouse combines a coffee lounge and gathering space with a separate wellness offering.
In the accompanying Instagram report, Amanda Eustice visits the business, explores the space and tries the cold plunge. The segment also presents GroundHouse as a place to meet friends, work or simply spend time over a drink.
According to GroundHouse’s official website, its 60-minute sauna and wellness lounge session includes a dry sauna, relaxation space, changing facilities, lockers and showers. A private cold plunge is an optional add-on that must be booked with a sauna and lounge session.
Visitors can check the business’s website for current booking options and availability. The coffee lounge and wellness services offer different ways to experience the space, so a visit does not have to include taking the plunge.
