Jersey Shore Star Angelina Pivarnick Announces She's Pregnant on 'Jersey Shore Family Vacation'

Angelina Pivarnick is expecting her first child.

The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star revealed the results of a positive pregnancy test during Thursday's episode, telling fellow cast member Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola the news on camera.

"There's no way that it just happened naturally," a stunned Pivarnick said. "I did not think I was able to get pregnant but wow, I'm … pregnant. This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby."

Giancola replied: "I got chills. I'm gonna cry for you."

Pivarnick called her partner, referred to on the show as "John Doe-Nor," to share the news, saying: "So I have some news for you. I am officially, definitely pregnant."

The pregnancy comes after Pivarnick went public with her struggles to conceive when Season 9 of the "Jersey Shore" revival premiered. She told Giancola and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi that she had a sperm donor and was exploring fertility options. Pivarnick, who suffered a miscarriage in 2011, had previously said she wasn't sure she could get pregnant naturally.

Castmate Vinny Guadagnino quipped on X that Pivarnick's baby is "not mine" — a nod to a running gag from a 2023 episode in which she had jokingly asked him for sperm.

Pivarnick was previously engaged to Vinny Tortorella, whom she got together with in 2022 before splitting in January 2025. She was also previously married to Chris Larangeira from 2019 to 2022. She has not publicly introduced a new partner.
