MORRISTOWN, NJ — A man wanted in a deadly hit-and-run is still out there.
Authorities say 33-year-old Wilson “Adrian” Morocho-Necta is the driver accused of striking and killing a pedestrian early March 20 — then running from the scene.
The victim, 68-year-old Justo Pilco-Tenesaca, was found pinned under a truck and later died from his injuries.
Now, federal officials are adding another layer.
According to DHS, Morocho-Necta:
• Entered the U.S. in 2019
• Was deported after a judge’s order
• Then re-entered the country at an unknown time
He is currently at-large. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
