NEW BRUNSWICK PASTOR CHARGED WITH EXPLICIT CONTACT INVOLVING JUVENILE

Authorities in Middlesex County have charged Roby D. Cruz-Hernandez, a 61-year-old pastor from Somerset, with explicit contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
