A teacher, Jaron Spicer, 32, from #Bayonne, NJ, has been charged with second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Simple Assault for allegedly assaulting an 11-year-old student at Mt. Carmel Guild Academy in West Orange.
The incident occurred around April 18, 2024, and was reported by the victim's mother on April 22. After an investigation, Spicer was arrested on July 16 and later released under the conditions of no contact with the victim and regular court check-ins.
