PATERSON MAN FATALLY STRUCK BY VEHICLE NEAR ROUTE 19/ROUTE 80

A 40-year-old Paterson resident, identified as Damon McNeill, was struck and killed by a vehicle early Tuesday morning near the intersection of Route 19 and Route 80 in Paterson, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The incident occurred at approximately 6 a.m., when police responded to the scene and located McNeill, who was later pronounced dead.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. Authorities said additional information will be released as it becomes available.
