PEDESTRIAN FATALLY STRUCK IN CLIFTON MULTI-VEHICLE CRASH INVOLVING FIVE CARS.

A tragic incident occurred in Clifton on Wednesday, where a 52-year-old pedestrian lost their life in a multi-vehicle crash.

The collision, which involved at least five vehicles, took place at the intersection of Getty and Crooks Avenues just before 11:30 a.m. Authorities report that a 35-year-old woman driving a Chevy Trailblazer collided with four other cars before striking the pedestrian.

The victim was transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, where they were later pronounced dead. The force of the crash was so intense that it caused nearby residents to rush outside to understand what had caused the ground to shake.
