RIVER EDGE WOMAN CHARGED WITH SLAMMING, DRAGGING 2-YEAR-OLD AT WAYNE MONTESSORI SCHOOL

A 19-year-old teacher's aide from River Edge, New Jersey, is facing serious charges after being accused of assaulting a two-year-old at the Apple Montessori School in Wayne. Meghan Hornidge, who is accused of slamming and dragging the child, has been charged with fourth-degree abuse and simple assault. The case, currently under investigation by Passaic County authorities, could result in prison time if Hornidge is convicted. The matter is now with the Grand Jury for further review.
