Teen, 16, Shot And Killed In Jersey City As Police Launch Investigation

16-year-old boy was fatally shot Friday evening in Jersey City, according to authorities.

 

Prosecutors say officers found the teen with a gunshot wound on Rose Avenue. He died shortly after their arrival.

The events leading to the shooting were not immediately clear.

 

Police say an investigation is ongoing.
