Newark A Trenton man has been sentenced to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison after admitting to distributing fentanyl as part of a large-scale narcotics operation in Ocean County, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Seption Diggs, 30, was sentenced on May 29 by Judge Dina M.
Vicari after pleading guilty in April to distribution of fentanyl. According to prosecutors, Diggs was identified during a two-month investigation conducted in the summer of 2025 by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Strike Force in partnership with the FBI's Jersey Shore Safe Streets Task Force, the U.S.
Drug Enforcement Administration's High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program, and several other law enforcement agencies. Investigators determined that Diggs was involved in distributing heroin and cocaine throughout Ocean County.
On August 5, 2025, detectives conducting surveillance in Trenton observed Diggs meet with Ahmia Tillery, 27, and enter her vehicle.
