Police say the crimes took place on Courter Avenue, Collinwood Road, New England Road, Edgewood Place, and Oakland Road, with investigators alleging the suspects targeted homes during the early morning hours.

Authorities said several incidents involved stolen vehicles, burglary tools, and alleged ties to an auto theft trafficking network.

Nelson is facing charges including burglary, attempted burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of burglary tools, and participating in an auto theft trafficking network.
