21 NUTS: THAT’S ALL A MAN NEEDS TO SAVE HIS LIFE
The Harvard Health Professionals Follow-Up Study, which tracked 29,342 men from various healthcare fields, found that frequent ejaculations were not linked to an increased risk of prostate cancer. In fact, men who ejaculated more frequently (21+ times per month) had a 31% lower risk compared to those who ejaculated 4–7 times a month. A similar Australian study of 2,338 men confirmed this trend, showing a 36% lower risk for men who averaged 4.6–7 ejaculations per week. Both studies highlight the importance of early-life ejaculation frequency, suggesting it may influence prostate cancer risk later in life, but further research is needed to understand the underlying mechanisms.
