Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, Sr. and his wife, Atlantic City Superintendent La’Quetta Small, have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, among other charges. They allegedly physically and emotionally abused their 15/16-year-old daughter over several months, including hitting her with a broom, punching her, threatening her, and leaving bruises and marks on her body. The charges were placed on summonses for both defendants.
