According to the Township of Hamilton Police Department, officers executed a search warrant at Waterfall Therapy in Mays Landing on March 11 following what authorities described as a lengthy and detailed investigation into suspected prostitution activity at the establishment.
Cuie Chen, 50, and Wen-Juin Zhou, 60 were charged with prostitution and conspiracy to commit prostitution. Both were released on summonses. Police did not disclose their specific roles or relationship to the business.
Investigators also mentioned that the business’s website contained a message suggesting it offered massages with a “happy ending.”
