Several individuals from various locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania have been arrested in connection with a murder case announced by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. The arrests followed an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and the Garfield Police Department. The incident occurred on February 4, 2024, at JoJo’s Bar & Grill in Garfield, NJ, where a 31-year-old man named Richard Franceschi was fatally stabbed. The suspects involved in the assault and stabbing were identified, with one wielding a firearm and another a knife during the incident. Most suspects were apprehended, but Ricky "Angel" Vargas remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities have urged the community to provide any relevant information to assist in his apprehension.
