The incident occurred on February 4, 2024, at JoJo’s Bar & Grill in Garfield, NJ, where a 31-year-old man named Richard Franceschi was fatally stabbed. Most suspects were apprehended, but Ricky "Angel" Vargas remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
