Platkin has launched lawsuits against two gun retailers accused of bypassing essential buyer background checks. These lawsuits target Butch’s Gun World and Point Blank Guns and Ammo, where undercover investigations revealed the sale of large quantities of ammunition, including a 1,000-round case of AR-15 rounds, to investigators without verifying legal eligibility.
