Matthew Lynch, 33, from Galloway Township, pleaded guilty to second-degree possession with the intent to distribute heroin/fentanyl in Atlantic County. He faces eight years in New Jersey State Prison.
The case stemmed from a narcotics investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and New Jersey State Police, resulting in Lynch's arrest and the seizure of digital scales and cash. Lynch was found to be supplying drugs to a residence in Atlantic City.
He also sold narcotics for profit in various locations within Atlantic County. Additionally, Lynch pled guilty to possession of heroin in a separate incident investigated by the Galloway Police Department.
