NEARLY HALF OF US EMPLOYERS PLAN TO DROP THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE REQUIREMENT FOR JOBS IN 2024

Almost half of U.S. companies have expressed their intention to remove the bachelor's degree requirement from certain job criteria in 2024.

The survey, conducted by Intelligent.com and involving 800 US employers, revealed that 45% of companies intend to remove bachelor's degree requirements for certain positions in the coming year. This aligns with the trend observed in 2023 when 55% of companies dropped such requirements for new role advertisements.
