The incident unfolded around 12:30 p.m. at Hotel Vincenza, located at 3793 Route 1, where officers were conducting an investigation. According to authorities, a suspect deliberately drove a vehicle toward the North Brunswick officer, pinning them against another car.
The officer sustained a severe leg injury and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition has not yet been publicly disclosed.
