Partial Justice? Diddy Trial Jury Delivers on 4 Charges, Holds Back on Rico
What happened
Jurors in Sean "Diddy" Combs' trial have reached a partial verdict on four of five charges, according to multiple reports. They have decided on two sex-trafficking counts and two related to transporting individuals for prostitution but have not yet reached a verdict on the racketeering charge.
Judge Arun Subramanian has instructed the jury to continue deliberating and has not allowed the verdicts to be read.
Prosecutors allege Combs led a criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction, using his businesses and employees to carry out and conceal the abuse.
The trial began on May 13.
