A late-night crash in Teaneck has left one person fighting for their life.
Around 11:50 p.m. Saturday, police and EMS rushed to Elm Street and Cedar Lane after reports of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.
When crews arrived, they found an unidentified victim suffering severe injuries in the roadway. The individual was transported to a nearby hospital.
Given the seriousness of the crash, a fatal accident investigation team was called to the scene to piece together exactly what happened.
As of 4:30 a.m., officials had not released the victim’s condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
