The Arrests
Dynasty Smoke Shop owner Tony Zhou, 39, of East Brunswick, and employee Tabitha Jones, 35, of Edison, were arrested following an undercover probe into illegal marijuana sales at the Monmouth Street business.
Both Zhou and Jones are accused of possessing and selling 25 pounds or more of marijuana within 1,000 feet of the Red Bank Charter School.
Additional Charges
- For Zhou: Conspiracy to distribute marijuana (over one ounce but less than five pounds), distribution near school property, possession of more than six ounces, selling nitrous oxide containers for intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ongoing Investigations
Frazee said the NJ Division of Taxation is conducting a separate investigation into Dynasty Smoke Shop, which may lead to further charges.
