WIFE OF 'FLIPPING NJ' ALLEGEDLY SMASHES EVIDENCE IN $17M REAL ESTATE FRAUD SCANDAL

In a shocking twist to a high-stakes real estate fraud case, Jennifer Iturralde Pina, wife of alleged scammer Cesar Humberto Pina, has been charged with destroying evidence to obstruct a federal investigation. Released on a $200,000 bond, Iturralde Pina is accused of smashing her phone and attempting to prevent a witness from aiding the case against her husband. Known as "Flipping NJ," Cesar Pina allegedly used his social media influence to swindle about $17 million from investors, promising profits on New Jersey property flips. Many investors reported receiving little to no returns. After federal agents obtained evidence, Iturralde Pina allegedly tried to hide and destroy phones connected to the scheme as police arrived to seize them, intensifying the legal battle surrounding the case.
