Jameis Winston Goes Full Van Gogh in Hilarious Giants 2026 Schedule Release
What happened
Jameis Winston took his artistic talents to Hudson Yards on Thursday, and the Giants got one of the more entertaining schedule release videos in the NFL.
The Giants QB set up at a whiteboard and asked fans to guess each 2026 opponent based on his drawings. Winston, who dubbed himself "Winston Van Gogh," kept the crowd guessing through the whole thing.
A few moments stood out. One fan walked up wearing a Jets jersey and asked for a photo. Winston shut it down immediately: "You have a Jets jersey on, I'm not taking no photos with Jets fans." The fan reportedly offered to take it off.
In another bit, a fan who declared himself the best Pictionary player on site completely whiffed when he thought Winston was drawing a chopped cheese sandwich. It was a Philly cheesesteak — Winston's way of illustrating the Giants' Week 9 matchup at Philadelphia.
In the outtakes, a young fan asked Winston what grade he got in art class. His answer: "It was 100."
Winston, 32, is heading into his 12th NFL season and his second with the Giants after signing a two-year deal last offseason. His profile has grown well beyond the field. He appeared on Netflix's opening night MLB broadcast this season and Fox recently announced he will serve as a special correspondent during the 2026 World Cup — a role similar to what he did at Super Bowl 2025 in New Orleans.
The annual schedule release has become a social media showcase for NFL teams, and the Giants' version this year was one worth watching.
