A MAN WAS SHOT AND KILLED EARLY MONDAY IN UNION CITY, AUTHORITIES SAY. POLICE RESPONDED AROUND 1:50 A.M. TO REPORTS OF GUNFIRE NEAR BERGENLINE AVE & 44TH ST, WHERE THEY FOUND THE VICTIM WITH MULTIPLE GUNSHOT WOUNDS. DAVID PULGARIN, 42, OF NORTH BERGEN, LATER DIED AT THE HOSPITAL. NO ARRESTS.
